Online purchases can be returned complimentary online or in store.

1. Call us at 1-780-444-3225 or email us at customshoes@zapatosanchez.com with the following information: your mailing address, name and method of payment.
2. Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt
3. Put the shipping label on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label received by email and securely seal your package so that it is waterproof.

Your order will be shipped via DHL to the delivery address specified by you during the order process. Zapato Sanchez is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from Zapato Sanchez or its agents’ or mandataries’ facilities to your delivery address.

The Fee is quoted in Canadian dollars and includes shipping and handling and all applicable taxes.
